Distant Selling Regulations We abide by the distant selling regulations (DSR) when products are purchased using our website purchasing system.
Returning Unwanted Goods We consider, and it is widely recognised, that under the DSR when returning unwanted goods, a period of 7 days from the date of purchase is a reasonable amount of time to return unwanted goods.All postage costs incurred when returning goods will be met by the customer. All returned goods MUST be accompanied by a returns authorisation number. This can be obtained by contacting us on +44(0)845 456 5991 (Mon-Fri 10:00-16:00) Any item returned without a return authorisation number on the outside of the package will be refused You are encouraged to use registered and/or insured carriage as we cannot be held responsible for the loss of goods in transit to us. Please ensure that all items are adequately packaged as we are unable to exchange or refund any damaged items. If necessary, please contact our returns department on +44(0)845 456 5991 for advise on packaging items for return.
